My name is Peter Charnley, I am the founder of "Your Property Options". I have worked for 12 years in challenging Senior Property Management roles for some of the largest property owning companies in the UK. I have been responsible for buying, selling and managing thousands of commercial and residential properties. I have experienced being both buyer and seller and have developed a significant knowledge and understanding of the range of options that can be used to find a solution that satisfies both buyer and seller and therefore enable a deal to succeed.
My experience also made me realise what a lack of choice there is for sellers in the market place outside of the traditional method of selling property, especially where there is a need to sell a property
quickly and for a certain price.
I therefore decided to set up a business which not only gives sellers certainty but also aims to present, wherever possible, a selection of options that we can offer to enable a solution to be found which best suit the needs of a seller.
