Here is a step by step guide to show how the process works:
1. If you are serious about selling your house quickly then complete the online enquiry form. Alternatively contact us on 01524 841128
2. We will contact you within 12 hours to discuss your requirements. You can then let us know if you feel we may be able to help and if so, we will come and see you, sit down with you and look at what options we can offer to help you.
3. If you are happy that we can provide a solution that is acceptable for you then we will instruct Solicitors to commence the sale process and, if necessary, we will arrange for a property survey, which is normally free of charge.
4. We can put you in touch with a Solicitor to act on your behalf or you can choose your own. We will drive you to your Solicitors if required and keep you fully informed on progress throughout the sale process.
5. Within 28 days and if required, within a much shorter timescale, the sale completes and the money is in your bank.
